Always Pretty Salon and Spa does not give cash refunds or exchanges for gift certificates. If there is dissatisfaction with a service where a gift certificate was used, and a refund is issued, the refund will be in the form of a gift certificate.
Gift certificates cannot be used for the purchase of retail items or for gratuity.
The exchange of a service purchased with a gift certificate for a different service will be decided on an individual base by the salon owner.
A deposit is required at the time of booking for spa or wedding parties, permanent makeup procedures, birthday parties or couple's massages. This deposit is only refundable if notice of cancellation is given 24 hours ahead of the day of appointment or 48 hours for any service involving more than one professional service provider.
All refunds are for Salon credit only.
Permanent Makeup Touch-ups
For any Permanent Makeup performed since January 1, 2017, the fees for "refreshing" from one year until three years will be half of the original price. From three years on, to re-do the service, the price will be the same as it was for the original procedure.
We appreciate a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 12 hours of your appointment, your credit card will be charged 50% of the cost of the service.
If you neither come for your appointment nor let us know that you are not coming, we will charge your credit card 100% of the cost of the service
